Using insights from sales, marketing, finance, and market dynamics, we create accurate forecasts that ensure the right products meet the right consumers at the right time. /p pWe are looking for a Demand Planning Senior Analyst to join our Southern Cluster team in Arese. In this role, you will own the demand planning process for a country and/or product‑category portfolio, act as a central link between commercial teams and supply chain, and contribute to strategic projects in a dynamic, multicultural FMCG environment. /p h3About the Role /h3 pThis position is responsible for developing, managing, and communicating the demand plan, using advanced systems and data inputs to produce the most accurate forecast possible. You will analyze performance, identify deviations, recommend actions, and collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Finance to support business decisions. /p h3About the Team /h3 pYou will join the Southern Cluster Demand Planning team, reporting to the Associate Manager, Demand Planning. The team works cross‑functionally across the region and plays a key strategic role in ensuring end‑to‑end supply chain alignment.
