PROFILE
Experience and Skills
High school diploma or degree in legal studies
Previous experience in the role or similar roles
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (level: intermediate in PowerPoint and Excel)
Good written and spoken English (intermediate level)
Excellent written and spoken Italian (advanced level)
Willingness to travel and to work night shifts
Hold a Class B driver's license and have access to a car
ADDITIONAL SKILLS
Possession of the following certifications will be considered a plus:
CPP (Certified Protection Professional) or PSP (Physical Security Professional) from ASIS (American Society for Industrial Security) or UNI 10459:2017 "Security Manager" or equivalent university degree from an accredited organization
PCI from ASIS or CFE from ACFE or another equivalent certification from an industry‐recognized professional association
In‐depth knowledge and/or TAPA TSR/PSR/FSR 2023 certification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Strong analytical skills, with a practical and pragmatic approach to complex issues

MAIN ACTIVITIES
Ensure the security of assigned Sites, People, Customers' shipments, and company assets
Ensure compliance with ENAC and TAPA certifications
Monitor and continuously improve security performance
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and DHL policies
Act as Area SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for all security‐related matters
Manage and close assigned security incidents recorded in the SID (Security Incident Database)
Carry out local investigations following security incidents
Define, propose, and implement measures/solutions to ensure the protection of facilities, equipment related to shipment handling, and people
Ensure that all security systems (CCTV, IDAS, CA) are operational and in good condition
Stop transportation activities in cases of evident legal violations or when such activities expose the company to serious risks or damages, immediately informing local commercial and operational managers as well as site management
Identify omissions, non‐compliance, or negligence by staff that may have led to crimes against DHL, and take action to prevent further consequences by informing and supporting local management in corrective actions
In the event of crimes committed against DHL, cooperate with law enforcement and relevant authorities (including filing formal complaints when required), carrying out all necessary actions to preserve evidence and support potential judicial investigations
Coordinate security agencies and surveillance providers

Contract type: Permanent contract white‐collar position
Compensation package: based on level of experience, up to €48,000.
