The Assistant Manager role is dynamic, combining strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Responsibilities include driving sales, supervising daily store operations, visual merchandising, product knowledge, and managing staff recruitment, training, and development. Sales management and analysis Store presentation and sales supervision Operations and stockroom management Staffing, scheduling, and payroll Training and staff development Communication and asset protection Minimum requirements include a bachelor's degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role, fluency in Italian and English (minimum B2), problem-solving skills, inclusion awareness, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, team-building skills, initiative, strong interpersonal and communication skills, results-oriented mindset, and an interest in fashion.
