We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist / AI Specialist with strong expertise in Palantir Foundry and Palantir AIP to support the development and deployment of enterprise AI and advanced analytics solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesPalantir Foundry & AIP EnablementUse Palantir Foundry to integrate, curate, and model structured and unstructured enterprise dataOperationalize data science and machine learning solutions using Foundry pipelines, ontology, and applicationsLeverage Palantir AIP to support AI-enabled use cases such as decision support tools, copilots, and LLM-assisted workflowsImplement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns to ground AI outputs in enterprise dataCollaborate with platform and engineering teams to deploy solutions with the appropriate governance, security, and compliance controlsPerform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on data quality issues, model behavior, and workflow outcomes within the Foundry/AIP ecosystemSupport customer adoption by clearly explaining analytical logic, assumptions, and model limitations in business terms
Required Qualifications5+ years of experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, or Applied Machine LearningStrong hands-on experience with exploratory data analysis, statistical modeling, and root cause analysisProficiency in Python and SQLExperience with machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, or PyTorchSolid understanding of statistics, probability, and experimental designExperience working with large-scale enterprise datasetsHands-on experience with Palantir Foundry ; exposure to Palantir AIP is strongly preferredExperience in customer-facing or consulting environments with multiple stakeholdersExcellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts clearly to business users
