As part of the upcoming opening of a Tapestry Collection by Hilton in Taormina, Sicily, we are looking for a Front Office Manager with experience and strategic vision, eager to join a challenging project with strong international projection in one of the Mediterranean’s most iconic destinations.

Main Responsibilities

* Lead the pre‑opening setup and subsequent operation of the Front Office department, ensuring an exceptional guest experience from day one.
* Ensure full compliance with Tapestry Collection by Hilton brand standards and Panoram corporate procedures.
* Proactively manage and resolve any guest inquiries or incidents, maintaining outstanding satisfaction levels.
* Establish and implement the department’s KPIs, monitoring performance through control and analysis tools.
* Recruit, train and develop a strong, service‑oriented team, fostering a culture of high performance, excellence and engagement.
* Manage the department’s budget, supervise inventories and guarantee operational efficiency.
* Collaborate closely with all hotel departments to ensure a seamless, coordinated and brand‑aligned service .

Requirements

* Minimum of 4 years’ Front Office experience in internationally branded hotels; pre‑opening experience will be highly valued.
* Degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management or related fields.
* Previous experience within Hilton (including Tapestry Collection) is a strong plus.
* Fluent Italian is essential. A professional level of English is also required.
* Proven leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills.
* Knowledge of PMS systems such as OPERA, OnQ and PEP (highly valued).
* Strong guest‑orientation and a genuine passion for service excellence .
