About The Role
As a Digital Project Manager, you will be part of a team of 10 in our central office of Casalecchio di Reno. The Digital Project Manager will be at the heart of product development, orchestrating cross‐functional, international teams to deliver innovative, user‐centric solutions that drive business value.
The Impact You'll Make
Lead end‐to‐end digital projects (Mobile app, IoT platforms, Connected Products) ensuring timely delivery, budget control, and high-quality outcomes.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and Software Architects to scope releases.
Define project plans, team roles and responsibilities, and coordinate internal and external resources effectively.
Identify and manage project risks and dependencies.
Ensure seamless communication across teams and sub‐projects to maintain solution integrity.
Drive stakeholder engagement and transparent communication across all levels.
Champion agile and hybrid project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall).
Support the redesign and continuous improvement of internal processes and ways of working.
The Skills and Knowledge You'll Bring
Bachelor's/Master's degree in a STEM field, or equivalent hands‐on experience in tech project delivery.
Strong grasp of project management methodologies and frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, Lean, etc.).
Proficiency with modern project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Experience managing medium‐to‐large scale digital projects with direct client interaction.
Proven ability to lead and motivate cross‐functional teams in dynamic environments.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
