Requirements Degree in scientific (engineering, statistics, mathematics, physics, …) or economic subjects or equivalent professional experience.\nAt least 3-5 years of professional experience in consulting and/or analytics roles.\nProven expertise in developing credit risk assessment models (PD) and in understanding the processes in which such models are embedded; this competency is essential to position the service effectively.\nStrong interest in continuous innovation, with the ability to propose methodological solutions that enhance efficiency, scalability and long‑term sustainability of the product.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including in cross‑functional contexts.\nGood organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nKnowledge of the Italian language at a mother tongue level.\nExcellent knowledge of the English language.\nKnowledge of French is considered a plus.
