About the Role
This leadership position is focused on optimizing operational processes and equipment maintenance within a complex business environment.
As an expert in reliability engineering, you will lead a team of skilled technicians to ensure seamless technical availability and efficient operations. Your key responsibilities include:
* Supporting site compliance with safety policies and procedures
* Implementing EU network standards and planning preventative maintenance
* Collaborating with colleagues to collect and analyze data for process improvements
* Delivering and supporting site-based and network-level projects
* Mentoring your team to develop their careers
You will be based at one of our operational sites, where you can provide hands-on guidance to your team and gain a clear understanding of site operations.
This involves collecting data, solving problems in a fast-paced environment, and creating an operational plan to increase productivity and efficiency. This includes setting up new projects that improve operational processes and equipment maintenance.
A key aspect of this role is leading and managing your team's performance and development, including organizing additional training.
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you will need:
* Relevant experience working in a maintenance team in an industrial or production environment
* Experience in managing people in an engineering team
* Experience liaising and managing relationships between stakeholders, including third-party vendors
* Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English and upper intermediate proficiency in local language
