Overview Technical Trainer - Cloud Software Solutions Technical Trainer for cloud software solutions, to be hired with a permanent contract in Milan within the Siemens Building Software Delivery Support organization of Smart Infrastructure business. Your Challenge As Technical Trainer, your mission is to ensure effective knowledge transfer and successful training delivery within Siemens Smart Infrastructure's technical environment. Your main activities will be: Drive the planning and implementation of training concepts and offerings on a global scale. Provide support in project management and communication towards relevant collaborators. Collaborate with Product Management at headquarters to define learning module contents and align on training roadmap. Collaborate with Delivery, Sales and Pre-Sales organizations worldwide to collect requirement needs for training, suggest enhancements, and align training availability and readiness. Update and maintain training material following product development. Assist, define and prepare content creation of digital learning material: writing, recording, visual aids creation, editing, post-production, publishing. Maintain and enhance the lab environment needed for instructor-led training. Plan, prepare and conduct remote instructor-led trainings. Qualifications At least a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Experience within a software-driven business. Preferably previous training or teaching experience. Fluency in English is mandatory for this role. Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in an agile, changing environment. Passion to never-stop growing.
