Why This Role Is Right for You
As a Service Manager, you’ll be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Milan, working on Product and Service Management for UniCredit Group.
About Your Future Role
In this position, you will :
* Serve as the main contact for customers regarding project updates and engagement requests related to new products and initiatives in Italy, Germany, and Austria.
* Manage the entire lifecycle of requests and projects, including acceptance, clarifications, internal coordination, and presenting time/cost estimates to the bank.
* Prepare commercial offers and necessary documentation for projects and changes.
* Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
* Participate in periodic meetings with the bank and internal teams (Business Unit, Operations, IT).
