YOOX Are Now Seeking a Talented CRM Campaign Developer To Join The CRM Team. Some Of The Essentials For You To Know Are

Role Purpose\nAs a CRM Campaign Developer at YOOX, the position will be the engine behind YOOX communications. You won't just \"send emails\"—you will orchestrate a seamless customer journey across multiple touchpoints on a global scale.

\n

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:

\n

- Campaign Orchestration: Take full ownership of the build and deployment of 360° communications (web/app banners, emails, in-app and push notifications, and clustered banners).
\n
- Data-Driven Personalization use of data to deliver highly personalized, relevant content to our global customer base.
\n
- Performance Optimization: Support ongoing A/B testing to ensure continuous improvement of KPIs.
\n
- Technical Best Practice: Act as the key point of contact for the Art team regarding email templates, ensuring layouts are optimized for performance and deliverability.
\n
- Advanced Segmentation: Manipulate data sets to target key regions and customer segments with precision.
\n
- Partnership: Work closely with our Email Service Provider to ensure technical best practices and deliverability standards are met.
\n

\nThe Type Of Person We Are Looking For\n

\n
- We are looking for a hybrid talent: someone who is technically savvy, data-oriented, and has a keen eye for design
\n
- Prior experience using a professional ESP (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, SAP Emarsys)
\n
- Strong understanding of HTML and CSS specifically for email, with the ability to troubleshoot and enhance code for cross-client rendering
\n
- Fundamental knowledge of Figma or Photoshop for quick graphic tweaks, asset cropping, and text translations
\n
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, managing multiple deadlines without sacrificing attention to detail
\n
- Ability to put data at the forefront of every creative and technical decision
\n
- Excellent organizational skills and a collaborative spirit—you enjoy working within a team while remaining self-motivated
\n
- Prior experience with Push Notifications and mobile-first CRM strategies is a significant advantage.

- Fluency in English and Italian language
