- Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to Lifecycle Service teammates.
- Oversee the end-to-end proposal (& order) development process, ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance with client requirements.
- Create and maintain proposal standards, outlines, schedules, and templates to streamline the proposal process.
- Establish and enforce quality control processes to ensure the highest standard of proposals.
- Conduct reviews and evaluations to identify areas for development in proposal content and processes.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align proposals with client expectations and market trends.
- Maintain accurate records of proposal activities, including version control, feedback, and outcomes.
- Generate regular reports on proposal metrics, success rates, and areas for improvement.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement to increase efficiency and effectiveness. **Who you are**:
**For This Role, You Will Need**: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., business, communications, Automation).
- Strong experience in proposal development, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong project management competencies with the strength to meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with various served industries and understanding of client needs.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional departments, excellent communication skills.
