Mission
The role focuses on implementing and coordinating BIM processes throughout the entire lifecycle of construction projects, contributing to the efficient and accurate execution of projects.
Responsibilities
* Develop and manage detailed 3D BIM models for structural works using Tekla Structures and Autodesk Revit.
* Coordinate and integrate structural models with other disciplines (architecture, MEP) to ensure consistency and quality.
* Perform advanced modeling, clash detection, and model validation; integrate 4D (time) and 5D (cost) aspects into BIM models to support project scheduling, budgeting, and construction simulations.
* Process and manage point clouds, converting them into accurate BIM models for as-built and renovation projects.
* Prepare and review technical documentation, quantity take-offs, and support project reporting.
* Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other BIM specialists.
* Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
* Stay updated on BIM standards, technologies, and best practices.
Education
Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in BIM roles focused on structural projects (3‑5 years at least).
* Advanced proficiency in Tekla Structures and Autodesk Revit.
* Experience with other BIM software will be considered as a plus.
* Experience with 4D (time) and 5D (cost) BIM integration is highly valued.
* Proven ability to process and use point clouds within BIM workflows.
* Strong knowledge of BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650, UNI 11337).
* Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and manage complex deadlines.
* Good level of English (both spoken and written).
