The resource will find himself operating in a context that works by order and therefore highly customized and characterized by often frequent and rapid implementation requests for product customization.In particular she/he will have to manage:• Support the development and implementation of immediate solutions in collaboration with all plant functions;• Interface with all the support functions in the plant to facilitate their activity and interaction;• Develop internal and external benchmarking in order to identify new industrial methodologies and best practices, promoting the standardization of tools and procedures and supporting the plants with regard to continuous improvement methodologies;• Ensure the correct implementation of KPIs;• Work on launch activities and production capability in respect of quality, costs and time objectives;• Collaborate for the installation of a completed product application into the plant, working with the project team to diagnose and fix problems, from launch to site maintenance and optimization. xivgfpxREQUIRED SKILLS• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Management Engineering;• Excellent knowledge of the Office
