This is a full-time position that will require significant travel throughout Italy (up to 50% of the time) and beyond on occasion, sometimes with little or no notice. /ph3Basic Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor's degree and professional experience in employee relations, labor relations, or labor/employment law /liliFluency in Italian and English (CEFR C2) /liliKnowledge of Italian labor and employment law /liliExperience in project management within a matrix environment /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications /h3ulliMaster's Degree in Law, Human Resources or related field /liliExperience working with third-party contractor workforces /liliExperience in distribution, logistics and/or transportation industries /liliStrong analytical, communication, and writing skills /liliAbility to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments /liliFlexibility and good organizational skills /li /ulpAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
