OverviewJob DescriptionAbout the RoleWe are looking for a highly organized and detail‑oriented Training Support & Sales Coordination Specialist Digital Technologies to join our team in Warsaw (Poland), Caraguate (Italy) or Barcelona (Spain). In this role, you will ensure the smooth execution of technical training sessions for our customers and partners, while also supporting the sales team with key back‑office processes. Your work will play a vital role in delivering excellent customer experience and maintaining high operational standards.ResponsibilitiesTraining Support & CoordinationActing as a first level support for technical training inquiries from customersOrganize and prepare customer training environments, including meeting rooms and required materialsSupport external training activities (literature, logistics, documentation)Create and review public training offers;
conduct sales follow upsPlan the yearly public training calendar and support revenue forecasting with managementCoordinate communication with customers throughout the training processConduct follow-ups with participants after training completion to ensure satisfaction and gather feedbackCustomer & Sales Back Office SupportAssist customers with logistical inquiries and documentationCollaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of support tasksMaintain data accuracy in CRM systems and ensure structured process executionProject & Process CoordinationSupport small to medium internal projects related to training, sales operations, or quality managementEnsure compliance with internal standards and process disciplineQualifications2-3 years experience in sales back office coordination or customer operationsSkills in project coordination and cross‑team communicationStrong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracyExperience using Marketo, CRM systems, or other digital customer platformsStrong process orientation and ability to follow structured workflowsAdvanced level in German and English (written and spoken)Understanding of quality and auditing processes such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001 or TISAX is a plusTotal RewardsWe understand that rewards are an important consideration as you plan the next step in your career. Salary range varies by location and local market conditions - for Poland the annual salary range for this position is 64,800-108,800 PLN gross and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and other factors. This position is eligible for additional incentive with a target payout of 5% of base salary.
