Marketing Strategist for Retail Trade
We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate marketing professional to develop and lead trade marketing activities that support the growth of our retail and wholesale channels.
As part of our marketing team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing trade marketing plans for store clusters, coordinating sell-out activations, and planning seasonal marketing materials and promotional tools.
Main Responsibilities:
* Trade Marketing Planning: Develop and implement trade marketing plans for store clusters in line with seasonal calendars, commercial strategy, and brand objectives.
* Sell-out Activations: Coordinate sell-out activations related to collection launches, technical capsules, promotional campaigns, and community-based projects.
* Marketing Materials: Plan and develop seasonal marketing materials and promotional tools ensuring they are brand-consistent and adaptable across different formats.
* Local Events: Plan local events and manage brand ambassadors while identifying new profiles aligned with local needs and brand values.
* Support and Training: Support District Managers and Store Staff with operational and training tools related to campaigns.
* Tracking and Reporting: Implement tracking and reporting systems to measure activation effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
* Trade Marketing Experience: 3-5 years of experience in trade & retail marketing, preferably in the outdoor, apparel, or lifestyle industries.
* Strong Skills: Hands-on approach, strong sense of responsibility, planning, and coordination skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a results-driven mindset.
* Language Proficiency: Fluent English.
* Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel to stores (approx. 30% of the time).
