Design and evaluate innovative research pilots addressing critical business challengesDevelop sophisticated economic models using large-scale organizational dataCollaborate with engineers, data scientists, and business leaders to transform research insights into actionable strategiesWrite and present comprehensive research findings to senior leadershipScale successful prototypes into company-wide policies and programs
Day in the LifeWork with teammates to apply economic methods to business problems. This may include identifying research questions, writing code to implement a DID analysis or estimate a structural model, or preparing documents with findings for business leaders. PhD in economics or equivalentExperience in industry, consulting, government, or academic researchExperience in developing and executing an analytic vision to solve business-relevant problems
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in building statistical models using R, Python, STATA, or related softwareExperience working with large, complex data sets5+ years of relevant, broad research science experience after PhD degree or equivalent
