Main job responsibilities:
System Function Verification and Debugging: Lead the functional testing of energy storage systems (PCS, BMS, battery cabinets) to ensure compliance with electrical standards and design requirements, and complete joint commissioning tests and trial operation acceptance. Escalate special issues to relevant departments in a timely manner until closed-loop resolution is achieved.
Equipment Fault Diagnosis and Defect Elimination: Quickly locate and resolve faults in energy storage equipment, establish a mechanism for dry contact signal verification and CAN communication calibration, and optimize equipment stability in special environments. Master product performance and logical principles, collect customer information and feedback, and actively facilitate interaction with customers and internal information circulation.
After-sales Operation and Maintenance Management: Formulate equipment inspection and maintenance plans, guide customers in fault handling, improve the online operation time of equipment, and reduce the unplanned shutdown rate.
Technical Team Leadership and Training: Organize technical training for the after-sales team to enhance members' core skills such as BMS/PCS compatibility debugging and Pack maintenance (cell replacement, balancing, insulation testing).
Product Optimization and Feedback Collection: Gather customer usage data and requirements, analyze BMS operation anomalies, develop product improvement plans, and promote supplier quality control.
