Based in our Headquarter office in Carpi, Modena (Italy) we’re looking for a fixed-term Junior HR Cost Controller to support and facilitate the HR Cost Controlling Department. This is a very interesting position for a talented professional who is willing to take part into one of the leading athletic apparel and footwear companies in the world. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES - Preparation of annual budget and monthly forecast; - Weekly and monthly reporting on personnel costs and main KPIs and headcounts, analysis of Actual vs. Budget discrepancies; - Modeling of bonus schemes and consolidation; - Setting of metrics and KPI monitoring; - Data collection, check, organization, consolidation and analysis; - Monitoring the accuracy of data within HR systems; - Support on Annual Salary Review process; - Support the process digitalization within rewarding and cost controlling. JOB QUALIFICATIONS - Master’s degree in Statistics / Economics / Mathematics / Management Engineering; - 1-3 years of experience within international context; - Experience in reward and cost controlling would be considered a plus; - Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, namely advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; - Fluent knowledge of English Language.
