Ph3Technical Operational Support Expert- Taranto /h3 pWe are looking for an Operational Support Expert to join our Blades Process Engineering team at Vestas factory in Taranto. These roles will support two key manufacturing areas: Handling Logistics and Finish Paint. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport and improve processes in either Handling Logistics or Finish Paint areas. /li liAnalyze current operations and identify areas for improvement. /li liCreate and maintain plans for implementing improvements. /li liSupport the implementation of changes through Engineering Change Notices (ECNs). /li liParticipate in or lead small improvement projects. /li liAct as a point of contact for urgent production issues, helping to solve them quickly and effectively. /li liUse structured problem‑solving tools, including 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis). /li liApply Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve efficiency. /li liWork closely with cross‑functional teams and spend time on the factory floor to understand and resolve real issues. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar. /li li2–3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, production support, or process improvement. /li liBasic knowledge of Lean tools and structured problem‑solving (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone, FMEA). /li liExperience in continuous improvement activities. /li liEnglish language skills for daily communication in an international team. /li /ul h3Competencies /h3 ul liTechnical and methodological thinking. /li liMotivated approach to solving problems. /li liGood communication and cooperation skills. /li liOrganized on tasks. /li liMotivated to learn and develop in a busy production environment. /li liWilling to work directly on the factory floor to understand challenges. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liAttractive salary + bonus. /li liThe opportunity to work in one of Vestas’ key blade manufacturing sites. /li liDevelopment within a global company focused on sustainability and innovation. /li liA supportive, multicultural team environment with a focus on continuous improvement. /li /ul pbLocation: /b Vestas Blades Factory – Taranto, Italy.
