We're seeking someone bold and visionary, ready to break barriers and fuel our international expansion.The EssentialsSeniority: SeniorLanguages: Fluent English & Italian (written and spoken)Preferred Location: Around Milan or BarcelonaYou'll solve complex product and UX challenges through words, systems, and concepts, working closely with designers, PMs, researchers, engineers, and analysts.You'll design and evolve content across multiple products, including the core Unobravo platform and our AI tools, with a strong focus on safety, ethics, and human-centered AI in mental health.You'll help shape and execute Unobravo's Content Design vision, defining and refining voice, tone, style guidelines, and governance at scale.You'll collaborate with localisation, translation, and brand teams to ensure consistency and cultural relevance across markets.You'll propose, run, and evaluate experiments to test content effectiveness and directly impact product OKRs.
