To strengthen our sales department and drive market development, we are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Contracts & Sales Operation Manager. Your responsibilities The Contracts & Sales Operation Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire contract lifecycle with customers, ensuring that the all the Ventomatic’s contracts comply with relevant procedures, laws, and regulations. Effective contract management requires constant communication with customers and internal teams. They act as the main point of contact for any contract-related queries and ensure that all stakeholders are informed about contract statuses and changes.- Ownership on the contracts and contract amendments.- Ownership on contract drafting.- Ownership on negotiation and review.- Ownership on claims. What you bring- Degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.- Over 5 years of experience in contract management, sales operations, or a similar role.- Strong knowledge of contract law, negotiation strategies, and compliance standards.- Proven ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.- Experience in the cement industry or related sectors is an advantage.- Proficiency in contract management tools and systems, with advanced skills in MS Office.
