Client Advisor PT 20h - Orio al Affidabile at Diesel

For one of the most relevant Stores in Diesel’s European network – Orio al Serio – we are now recruiting a new Part‑Time 20h Client Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Act and think first of the client and their experience, with an in‑depth knowledge of the desires, needs and expectations of clients
- Welcome and assist each client, providing an excellent in‑store experience at all times
- Be a master at storytelling and the art of asking engaging questions
- Create a long‑term authentic bond with clients by making them feel the experience is truly about them
- Deal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary
- Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor, to drive individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results
- Be proactively engaged in cross‑selling with all departments and maximise sales opportunity to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
- Prove brand and product knowledge
- Ensure and maintain the shop floor and visual display to a high standard, complying with company operational guidelines and stock procedures
- Contribute to ensuring a high level of security and be attentive to prevent product thefts, including tagging garments and merchandise on the floor
- Think innovatively about how we can improve and generate new ways, stay up‑to‑date with new fashion trends and competitors
- Develop and nurture meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives
- Manage and drive sales by understanding client desires and create a hand‑crafted experience for the client to achieve the best sales performance
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in sales roles; experience in structured fashion luxury/retail companies is a plus; passionate about retail, client service and commercial mindset
- Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to evolve in the organization, willingness to relocate is a plus
- Digitally aware and open to new ways of working
- Strong competencies in decision making, strategic thinking, financial acumen, innovation, focus on customer and execution
Language Proficiency
Language proficiency: Italian and English are mandatory. Any additional language is considered a strong plus.
