He / She will be managing individuals and teams assigned to the project in different sub-areas. /li liComplete the basic data framework necessary for the development of the project, interfacing with other colleagues in the Transport Department dealing with the definition of service levels etc. /li liOrganize the meetings of updating and deepening with the agencies (definition of the dates and the modalities of development, drafting and sharing of the Agendas, etc.). /li liOrganize the work plan of the Bus Operation team and operators who will be involved in the project and manage deadlines and workloads. /li liEnsure the daily contractual and operational relationship with operators at the planning and operational planning stage. /li liInterface with the City Operations functional area to verify the progress of all transport activities in the Territories. /li liCarry out a monitoring activity of the main planned infrastructural interventions and update the relative levels of risk for the Milan Cortina Transport Project. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMinimum 7 years of working experience in the field of Transports; /li liKnowledge of Mobility and Transports Operations within the scope of events organization field and public transportation field; /li liProven experience in Transport Planning related to big Sport Events or other kind of International Events; /li liProven experience in Planning, Scheduling and Managing complex systems for Public or Private Bus Transportation; /li liProven experience in managing relations with Local Authorities and Entities for Events Organization; /li liManaging Budget for services supply and managing operational activities for people transportation; /li liMaster’s degree in Business, Engineering or Law; /li liAbility to adapt to a changing and complex environment; /li liExceptional interpersonal and communication skills mixed with Management skills and attention to details for carrying on several activities, such as scheduling agendas, presentations, minutes acts; /li liAbility to collaborate effectively with other Functional Areas within the Organization and with External Clients, Host Territories, Local Authorities and Bus Operators outside the organization; /li liFlexibility and comfort with traveling as required; /li liEnglish : level C1 or equivalent certification; /li liMicrosoft Office Suite proficiency. /li /ul h3Other information /h3 pFondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is committed in building an inclusive and diversified working environment, striving to guarantee equal opportunities for all workers (L.903 / 77). /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
