To continue our growth, we are hiring new talents. We are now looking for a Senior Java Developer with a passion for backend engineering, scalable architectures, and modern development practices.
In addition to contributing with your senior expertise, this role offers the opportunity to expand your skills toward Microsoft .NET technologies through day‑to‑day collaboration with our teams, exposure to .NET projects, and internal knowledge‑sharing.
This is not a formal reskilling program, but rather a progressive learning opportunity within a Microsoft‑oriented environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and maintain backend services within a microservices-based architecture
• Collaborate daily with global teams to ensure timely delivery according to quality standards
• Participate in planning, analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment phases
• Provide input, reviews, and guidelines to the Community of Practice team
• Identify technical components and dependencies within the enterprise architecture
• Contribute to documentation and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives
• Gradually expand your competencies toward .NET technologies through project involvement and collaboration with senior .NET engineers
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
• 4+ years of experience as a Backend Developer
• Strong proficiency in Java (or similar OO languages such as Kotlin, Scala, Go, Python)
• Knowledge of RESTful API design and microservices architectures
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile methodology
• Ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural and global environment
• Fluency in English (oral and written)
NICE TO HAVE:
• Curiosity or interest in learning C# / .NET
• Previous exposure to .NET Framework or .NET Core (optional)
• Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services
