The Structural Architectural Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all structural and architectural construction activities at site. This includes supervision of steel structures, platforms, decks, cladding, walls, ceilings, insulation, and building interiors for living quarters, control rooms, substations, and other project facilities. The role ensures work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, codes, and standards. /ph3Work Location /h3h3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliStructural Scope Supervision: Supervise fabrication and erection of structural steel components such as main decks, trusses, pipe racks, platforms, ladders, stairs, and supports. /liliEnsure alignment, welding, and bolting are done as per drawings and standards (AISC, AWS D1.1, API RP2A, etc.). /liliMonitor installation of load-bearing structures and support systems. /liliCoordinate lifting, fit-up, and assembly of large modules or skids. /liliOversee installation of architectural finishes such as internal partitions, flooring, wall panels, suspended ceilings, doors, windows, and furnishings in buildings and living quarters. /liliMonitor external cladding, insulation (thermal, fireproofing, acoustic), and waterproofing systems. /liliSupervise HVAC architectural penetrations and MEP interface works. /li /ululliQuality, HSE Compliance: /li /ululliEnsure compliance with project specifications, drawings, codes, and client requirements. /liliEnforce safety procedures, PPE use, and permit-to-work systems at all times. /liliParticipate in quality inspections, dimensional checks, and material verifications. /liliSupport punch listing, NCR resolution, and final walkdowns. /li /ululliCoordination Reporting: /li /ululliInterface with other discipline Supervisors (piping, electrical, HVAC, painting) to resolve site clashes and ensure smooth progress. /liliAttend daily coordination meetings and contribute to planning and look-ahead schedules. /liliReport daily activities, manpower, and progress to Construction Manager or Project Engineer. /li /ulh3Skills and Competencies Required /h3ulliStrong technical knowledge of structural and architectural materials, methods, and standards. /liliAbility to interpret fabrication drawings, architectural layouts, and detail drawings. /liliHands-on experience with offshore modules, building interiors, and steel erection. /liliProficiency in using tools like AutoCAD, Navisworks, or 3D model viewers. /liliLeadership and coordination skills in multicultural and multi-discipline environments. /li /ulh3Minimum Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor of Science Degree (BSc) in Structural Engineering. /liliWork experience of eight (8) years in the field of the sought discipline. /liliExcellent spoken and written English including proven ability to write reports. /li /ulpbThe world needs you /b /ppAGAP2 is an equal opportunity employer: we believe that all forms of diversity are a source of mutual enrichment.
