With professionalism, empathy, and expert technique, she/he performs a wide range of treatments aimed at promoting relaxation, rejuvenation, and well-being. The SPA Therapist works closely with the SPA Manager and the wellness team to ensure the highest standards of service in line with the philosophy and identity of the Hotel. /ppbr/ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pulliPerform a variety of treatments, including massages, facials, body rituals, and beauty services, according to protocols and guest preferences. /liliWelcome guests with warmth and professionalism, providing consultations and recommending personalized treatments. /liliMaintain a clean, serene, and well-stocked treatment environment, in compliance with hygiene and safety standards. /liliStay up to date with trends in wellness and beauty, suggesting new techniques or products to enhance the guest experience. /liliPromote and recommend SPA products and retail items to Guests, ensuring their continued well-being beyond the treatment. /liliAccurately manage appointment schedules and guest records using the SPA booking system. /liliCollaborate with the SPA team to support daily operations and contribute to a harmonious team environment. /liliRespond promptly and courteously to guest feedback and requests, anticipating their needs. /liliParticipate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve service quality. /liliEnsure compliance with health regulations and the hotel’s wellness and safety policies. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongQualifications /strong /pulliRecognized certification or diploma in massage therapy, aesthetics, or related wellness field. /liliPrevious experience (minimum 2 years) in a luxury SPA, wellness center, or 5-star hotel environment. /liliIn-depth knowledge of various massage techniques (Swedish, deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, etc.) and facial/body treatments. /liliStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, service-oriented attitude. /liliHigh standards of personal presentation and hygiene. /liliAbility to adapt treatments to guest needs and preferences. /liliReliability, discretion, and a strong sense of empathy. /liliFlexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required. /liliFluency in Italian and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus. /liliLegal right to work in Italy. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppemThe selection will take place after reading the information notice according to Art. 13 EU Reg. 679/2016.
