- Maintain accurate records of all reported incidents
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, and printers
- Troubleshoot network connectivity and workstation hardware/software issues
Requirements:
- Valid work permit required
- Proficiency in local language and English
- Excellent knowledge of computer systems and IT infrastructure
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced project-based environment requiring flexibility and teamwork
Language:
- Italian (C1 level) is mandatory for this position
