**Posizione**:
The role centers in defining the most effective and efficient physical flows of materials, in accordance with the Group Industrial Strategies.
- Main Relations
Internally, the role interacts mainly with: Relevant Group and Plant Operations teams; ICT; Lean, R&D, Finance, S&M, Platforms.
Externally, the role interacts mainly with: External Providers / Forwarders / Suppliers / Consultancy Firms.

- Main accountabilities
- Responsible for defining, in accordance with the Group's industrial strategies, _**_physical flows of materials _**_that ensure effectiveness and efficiency in terms of:_
- service optimisation (logistic LT and completeness of supply to customers)
- minimising transport and logistic costs,
- optimisation of overall inventory,
- supervision and control of 3P logistic suppliers;- Supporting and developing _**_Logistics Projects_**_:_
- technical and technological solutions for optimisation of storage and handling,
- tracking of shipments,
- outsourcing of logistics operations,
- review of distribution networks and warehouse consolidation,
- Monitoring _**_Logistics Costs _**_through the use of appropriate solutions (including software) and ensuring competitiveness through management of tenders (local or at a Group level) together with local organizations;_
- Participating in the implementation of _**_Integration projects _**_(logistics and digital) throughout group companies and the supply chain (suppliers and customers)._
**Requisiti**:
- Experience within operations, with focus on the improvement of logistics processes performance within modern shaped organization.
- This, including achieved experience in
- Logistics outsourcing projects;
- logistics networks definition;
- Freight tenders management (road, air, sea);
- design & deployment of technical and technological solutions for optimisation of storage and handling (i.e.: RF, RFID, WMS, AGV, LGV, etc.)
- Logistics layout design / optimization
- Ability to cooperate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Project management skills - suitable for managing large and complex projects.
- Fluent English.
