Within the High Jewelry Production Planning & Costing department based in our production site in Rome, we are looking for a Production Planner Intern.The selected candidate, according to the agreed Internal Production plan, will support the creation, execution, and follow-up on the work schedule of the manufacturing department.Main accountabilities:Support the team in monitoring the production status; Manage KPIs and use a reporting system to check production status and produce relevant weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting; Ensure the constant updating of the system; Update Excel/Access Tools; Collaborate with the External Network/Purchasing department to ensure the fulfillment of the outsourced phases; Support the team in handling relations with the PM office to ensure the project's progress.Skills:Master's degree in Engineering or EconomicsFluent in Italian and EnglishKnowledge of production processes and techniquesIT applications (ERP/SAP, Excel)Quantitative data analysisAccuracy & attention to detailsResult orientatedStrong attitude to Problem SolvingGood communication and interpersonal skills
