We're partnering with an innovative, fast-growing beauty brand to find a Sales & Education Manager to support their expansion across key retail partners with priority on Sephora.

The Role
\n
As Sales & Education Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales performance while delivering impactful in‐store education across a major retail partner network. Acting as a brand ambassador, you'll work closely with store teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners to elevate both brand presence and customer experience.

Sales & Business Development
\n
Partner with commercial teams to achieve sales targets and support market growth
\n
Drive sell‐in and sell‐out through effective in‐store strategies and activations
\n
Build strong relationships with store leadership and retail teams
\n
Analyse sales performance and implement initiatives to optimise results
\n
Manage a network of independent contractors, including scheduling and budgets
\n
Collaborate on campaigns, launches, and stock management
\n
Provide regular reporting and insights from the field
\n
Education & Training
\n
Deliver engaging training programs for retail teams
\n
Inspire and motivate in‐store staff through hands‐on coaching and side‐by‐side selling
\n
Ensure consistent delivery of brand messaging, product knowledge, and selling techniques
\n
Evaluate and evolve training strategies based on business needs
\n
Cross‐Functional Collaboration
\n
Work closely with marketing, operations, and commercial teams
\n
Share field insights to inform product, campaign, and go‐to‐market strategies
\n
Support product launches with impactful education and sales execution
\n
About You
\n
3–5 years' experience in a sales and education role within beauty retail (Sephora experience highly desirable)
\n
Experience working with Sephora a must
\n
Strong background in training xivgfpx and developing retail teams
\n
Knowledge of skincare ingredients and product positioning
\n
Experience delivering in‐store events and activations
\n
Excellent relationship‐building and communication skills
\n
Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
\n
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
\n
Willing to travel (up to 30%) and work Tuesday‐Saturday
\n
Able to be field‐based, spending the majority of time in‐store
\n
