Installation, testing and maintenance of automatic monitoring systems (civil, environmental and dynamic)Plant design with economic evaluation for the construction of monitoring systemsDrafting technical specifications for plant works and measurement sensorsDefinition and organization of activities for the implementation of the necessary plant works, documents relating to safety, subcontracting and general bureaucratic practicesCoordination of field activities for the construction of systemsTesting and start‐up of completed systems, training courses and final delivery to the customerProduction of final documentation of the created system
As Monitoring Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and execution of design, installation, testing and maintenance activities of monitoring systems for relevant structures such as dams, monuments and infrastructures and for the protection of the territory.What You BringExperience & Knowledge
Bachelor's or master's degree engineer in civil or plant engineering (three-or five-year degree)At least 2 years of experience in field activities and design for creation of monitoring systems for territory and/or structures and infrastructuresExperience in the design and construction of systems for the connection of sensors and data transmissionOff‐line electrical work experienceStrong interpersonal and communication skills with customers and construction site figuresTeam work abilitySkills in industrial electronics (data acquisition systems, measurement transducers, digital communication systems, etc.) and/or in electrical and electromechanical systemsKnowledge of main IT supports such as AutoCad, Microsoft OfficeTraining from designated team leader preferredGood knowledge of English and a second language, preferably SpanishAvailability for frequent short and medium‐term trips domestically and abroadSuitability to work in confined places and/or at heights
