The role is focused on the development and industrialization of innovative materials and compounds for truck tyre applications, working at the intersection of laboratory research, industrial processes, and supplier collaboration.If you are passionate about materials, polymers, and innovation—and you enjoy turning laboratory data into real industrial solutions—this could be the right opportunity for you.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a technical interface with raw material suppliers, supporting material selection, validation, and innovation.Perform chemical and physical characterization of raw materials and compounds, using advanced laboratory methodologies and technologies.Develop compounds for truck tyre applications, managing the process from laboratory development through industrialization.Carry out reverse engineering activities, analyzing competitor products to assess strengths, weaknesses, and market positioning.Read, interpret, and contribute to technical patents related to innovative materials for tyre applications.Work in close collaboration with Procurement, Quality, Industrialization, Product Development, and Testing teams.Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within the Materials R&D; area.RequirementsMaster’s Degree in Chemistry or a PhD in a related field.Experience in the chemical or polymer industry .Str
