Innovation, continuous research, digital industry and sustainability are the pillars of its business worldwide.Within the Electronics Business area, we are looking for an ILS Engineer for our office in Campi Bisenzio.The selected resource will be included in the IPT (Integrated Project Team) project team with the aim of guaranteeing technical support for Integrated Logistic Support activities within the relevant project/program.* **The resource will mainly deal with:** * Define an integrated set of services based on the Company's products; * Analyze an integrated set of services based on the Company's products; * Develop an integrated set of services based on the Company's products; * Cost estimation for engineering activities; * Participation in Offer/Contract reviews; * Participation in defining the technical requirements of a program/project; * Creation of the integrated logistics model; * Sizing of spare parts and prediction of field returns for avionics equipment; * Participation in the engineering planning of the program/project (Engineering Management Plan); * Preparation of project documentation (operating instructions, avionic main equipment report, technical note, etc.); * Participation in Design Reviews relating to the Product Life Cycle (System Requirement Review – SRR; System Design Review – SDR; Preliminary Design Review – PDR; Critical Design Review – CDR; Test Readiness Review –TRR; Formal Qualification Review - FQR); * Analysis of field returns and corrective actions to be taken to ensure the product meets company or consortium quality standards; * Reporting to management on the analysis of results measured both on the process and on the product; * Participation in the continuous improvement process (process improvement); * Participation in company training activities for engineering processes.**Technical skills and knowledge:*** Good basic technical preparation aimed at correct management of the Product Life Cycle.* Knowledge of International S-Series Standards (SX000i - International Specification for Integrated Product Support) is welcome.* Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, in particular advanced use of Excel is required.* Knowledge of SAP applications and ERP systems.* Knowledge of product configuration control.* Knowledge of ILS Engineering (Supportability, Maintainability, Tech. Manuals, Through Life Support); * Digital electronics;* Analog electronics; * Testing of electronic equipment; * Experience as System Engineer is welcome; * Good knowledge of the main HW architectures; * Knowledge of the main SW architectures is welcome; * Knowledge of communication protocols (e.G. ARINC429, MIL-BUS-1553B, STANAG 3838 avionic type interfaces, serial RS232 and RS422, Ethernet); * Good knowledge of laboratory instrumentation (oscilloscope, digital multimeter, bus analyzer); * Experience in reading and understanding electrical diagrams; * Experience in the verification and validation of electronic equipment is welcome; **A plus:**Knowledge of the basics of computer programming and statistical data analysis techniques.
