MSA-Multi Serass is Italy's most important fully outsourced insurance services player. Founded in 1979, our presence on the Italian market now numbers four offices and we also have some abroad. We currently manage around 130,000 insurance claims per year with a workforce of around 200, including employees and consultants. MSA-Multi Serass is looking for new staff at its Milan offices.
BUSINESS ANALYST

The ideal candidate will have experience in the insurance sector and have worked on claims management projects on the strength of which s/he will have acquired knowledge of damage settlement process functioning mechanisms in general and those applying to the auto sector in particular. The selected candidate’s duties will be mainly:
* Analysing the existing reporting model and adapting it, to better streamline it to the analysis goals set out by the board and the claims management department;
* Ensuring the development and constant maintenance of a set of forecasting analysis, technical trends reporting and variance analysis tools;
* Putting projects, corrective and improvement action based on the evidence emerging in performance trend analysis to the board and the claims management department.
REQUISITES
* Business Analyst
* Qualifications in engineering management, economics, statistics, mathematics or actuarial statistical science.
* Preference will be given to candidates with experience at consultancy and/or system integrator firms in the damage insurance sector with direct personal experience of the main insurance processes (underwriting loss, portfolio operations – post sales, loss settlements, with a special focus on the auto sector) and related management systems, and skills in project and programme management.
* The successful candidate will have standing suited to ongoing contact with the company board members and clients.
* Excellent IT skills and good English are also required.
