Provides guidance and recommendations to Purchasing team to support margin and top line growth. /li liStrong negotiation and supplier management skills. /li /ul h3Minimum Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s Degree in Biotech, Mechanical, Engineering, Business, or related field. /li liMore than 5+ years of experience in procurement. /li liExperience in the engineering/ automation/ pharmaceutical/chemical industry. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liAdvanced degree in Supply Chain, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related field. /li liPrior experience in industrial or equipment manufacturing and familiar with supply base in one or more fields in Europe, such as piping, valve, instrument, construction vendor, etc. /li liInternational working experience (either academical or international working environments); 2) fluent English is a must. /li liDemonstrated history of teamwork, and project management skills. /li liProven track record of driving a structured, result-oriented negotiation process and outstanding negotiation results. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
