Ph3Head of Controlling MAHLE Service Solutions Parma /h3 pBU3 Lifecycle and Mobility /p pbYour Contribution: /b /p pThis position leads the Controlling team, acting as a strategic business partner to regional and global management, with a focus on financial planning, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement. /p ul liLead and develop the Controlling team by enhancing capabilities, ensuring effective collaboration, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. /li liAct as a strategic business partner to EMEA regional and global management, providing financial insights to support decision-making and long-term planning. /li liManage monthly closing processes in local systems (SAP, MARS), ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with corporate standards. /li liCoordinate and consolidate financial planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning across all European entities. /li liPrepare comprehensive management reporting packages and presentations for regular and ad-hoc reviews, ensuring clarity and actionable insights. /li liOversee cost structure management, including cost center planning, headcount and personnel cost analysis, and CAPEX monitoring and approval. /li liDefine and analyze production costs, including BOM setup, standard cost calculations, and margin impact assessments through variance analysis. /li liEnsure strong internal controls and compliance, support audits and implement measures to mitigate financial and operational risks. /li liDrive and manage key projects, such as SAP S/4 HANA implementation and development of standardized controlling tools and processes. /li liSupport business case development for new product launches, investments, market entries, and MA activities, ensuring financial viability and alignment with strategic goals. /li /ul pbYour Experience Qualifications: /b /p ul liBachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. /li liMinimum of 10 years of experience in controlling, finance, accounting, or budgeting roles. /li liFluent in English; Italian as a native language is required. /li liProven experience in multinational environments, preferably within the automotive manufacturing sector. /li liStrong proficiency in SAP, ideally within Aftermarket and Manufacturing modules. /li liAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a global, cross-functional team setting. /li liHigh attention to detail and strong analytical thinking. /li liAbility to manage multiple priorities under pressure and meet tight deadlines. /li liAdvanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial reporting tools. /li liExcellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data clearly. /li /ul pIn addition to working with a great team, we encourage you to reach your full potential.
