Responsibilities
* Support the assignment of marketing materials to the Trade Marketing team for the At Home channel, including file preparation, aggregation, local assignment, and order placement at the contact center.
* Maintain and update Excel monitoring files for in‐store activities in the GDO and Ho.Re.Ca channels and communicate the updates to the relevant departments.
* Update marketing catalogues for the Ho.Re.Ca and GDO channels and inform the involved departments.
* Use SAP to update supporting data (e.g., provinces, material codes, supplier arrivals).
* Coordinate with Logistics, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Commercial teams, and suppliers to manage material distribution activities.
Qualifications
* Bachelor or preferably Master degree in economics, marketing, engineering, or business management.
* Strong knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel.
* Experience with SAP is a nice to have.
* Knowledge of programming software (e.g., Access, Power BI) is a plus.
* English language proficiency.
* Strong communication, sales orientation, attention to detail, determination, motivation, and results orientation.
