Responsibilities In coordination with the Holding HR Manager, the HR Business Partner will be involved in the following activities: Recruiting: responsible for all aspects/phases of the recruiting process (hire to retire): defining JDs, conducting interviews, extending job offers, etc. Develop and select effective recruitment channels & agents, manage vacancies in the Internal Job Market. Training: identify and collect information about training needs, ensuring deployment of the most appropriate training activities in accordance with Group and Local programs. Support business managers in all People Development processes and initiatives. Define and implement an Employer Branding strategy at the country level. Support the Holding HRM in implementing HR policies and best practices to ensure consistency and address business needs. Assist in managing labour and organizational issues. Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on HR-related topics. Actively promote diversity & inclusion in all aspects of operations and strive to improve team and leadership diversity. Mission In coordination with the HR Manager and GMs of operational units, the HR Business Partner will manage HR processes including recruitment, training, development, and organizational development. At the country level, develop an Employer Branding strategy aligned with global and local goals, and foster a well-functioning environment through transparent communication, promoting company culture, and caring for employee relations. Experience requirements Previous experience in a similar role within a multicultural environment and complex organizations. Knowledge Excellent command of English, both spoken and written. Good knowledge of labour legislation. Familiarity with development tools (feedback, assessments, etc.). Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Educational requirements Degree (or equivalent); a Master’s in Human Resources is a plus. Personality requirements Strong communication and influencing skills. Good cross-cultural awareness. Enthusiastic, team-oriented, self-motivated, and well-organized. Eager to learn and continuously improve. Excellent stress management skills. Ability to work in a changing environment.
