YOUR MISSION:
For a temporary coverage at our PUMA store in Barberino Designer Outlet (Barberino di Mugello), we are looking for talented individuals eager to challenge themselves in a dynamic and sporty environment, focusing on:
* Ensuring high standards of customer service in line with PUMA’s values
* Achieving personal and store sales performance, KPIs, and profitability through effective customer service
* Processing sales accurately at the cash register
* Executing and maintaining Visual Merchandising guidelines according to PUMA’s standards
* Responsibly managing incoming and outgoing merchandise
* Identifying product opportunities and communicating them to the management team
YOUR TALENT:
* Open to candidates of all genders
* Candidates registered with mandatory employment lists (L- 68/99) are welcome
* Experience in retail
* Passion for the PUMA brand and interest in the commercial sector
* Friendly, reliable personality with a customer-oriented approach
* Team player with quick learning abilities
* Ability to provide high levels of customer assistance and excellent communication skills
* Good computer skills and familiarity with MS programs
* Good knowledge of English and German languages
