We offer an interesting opportunity to join ourTutti i potenziali candidati sono incoraggiati a leggere l'intera descrizione del lavoro prima di candidarsi.Legalteam, based in Bussolengo (VR) asLegal Specialist International Spinereporting to theLegal Manager International .You will be responsible for the international legal needs of the Spine Business unit.The work activities include drafting, managing, negotiating and processing international distribution agreements, HCP contracts and clinical study agreements, supply agreements, royalty agreements, consultancy agreements and agreements with business third parties in general, supporting the international tender activities with third party distributors in the Spine business.You will also be responsible for other legal needs of the international Spine business, including tender legal support, litigation support as required, and privacy law activities.You will with all departments in Orthofix Medical Inc. and its subsidiaries, particularly the Spine business unit, as well as with the company's headquarters in the US, with external legal advisors and other consultants, as needed.You will not have direct reports.What will your contribution be?Provide general business consultancy legal support and advice to all business functions.Negotiate and draft business agreements with third parties, including Healthcare Professionals, Agents, distributors, suppliers, service providers, etc.Support the international spine tender activities with distributors.Support IP development and protection activities as requested.Support the review and implementation of the company's international spine marketing materials.Collaborate with colleagues in the Legal Department, including those responsible for Spine business activities in the United States, to ensure consistency and optimize business outcomes.Coordination of the department activities, processes and procedures for international SpineWork with Finance and other departments
