#End-to-End Logistics Management You will oversee the strategic flow of goods, focusing on the procurement of transport services for raw materials (Inbound) and the global distribution of our finished systems to international clients (Outbound), identifying optimized logistic solution to ensure transportation effectiveness and efficiency
Organizational Evolution & Process Integration: You will manage relationships and negotiations with global logistics providers, performing comparative performance analysis (costs, lead times, quality) to ensure an optimal balance between service levels and company profitability
Your strategic goal will be to progressively integrate and take ownership of logistical phases currently managed by other departments, streamlining the entire internal supply chain under a single, unified vision
Global Compliance & Risk Assessment: You will evaluate complex global scenarios, identifying potential risks and opportunities to safeguard the company’s interests. This includes the direct management of Customs issues, Export Control, Dual-Use regulations, and international Duties, ensuring that our global operations are both compliant and cost-effective
Team Leadership & Cultural Value : You will lead and mentor the logistics team, fostering a culture of high performance and autonomy. You have a solid background in global logistics management, specifically gained within industrial machinery manufacturing companies or sectors producing complex capital equipment
You possess deep and proven knowledge of international customs regulations, duties, and trade compliance, alongside a strong command of global shipping dynamics
You are an inspiring manager capable of coordinating a specialized team while maintaining a "data-driven" approach to resolve non-standard logistical situations independently
You have a proven ability to develop an existing logistics department, scaling its scope by integrating new offices and taking ownership of additional business processes not yet structured under logistics
You are fluent in italian and english
