About the job
The Wholesale Area Manager will primarily oversee the Distribution Channel, while also managing strategic accounts in the Kitchen Manufacturers and Retail segments.
Your tasks
- Deliver sales targets consistently and within the defined timelines.
- Present, promote, and sell Franke products to existing and potential customers across the assigned territory.
- Plan and manage all key business metrics, including investments, accounting, performance indicators, and deliveries.
- Develop and grow the business by maintaining and strengthening long‑term customer relationships, ensuring regular and strategic visits.
- Ensure the effective implementation of Franke's commercial policies in the region.
- Drive fast and effective resolution of customer issues, collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders when needed.
- Analyze territory potential, monitor sales trends, and prepare accurate and timely reporting.
- Support local events as well as trade marketing and visual merchandising initiatives.
Requirements
- We are looking for a professional with a strong commercial mindset and outstanding analytical capabilities.
- Energetic and resilient, the ideal candidate thrives in complex environments and performs well under pressure.
- He/she brings 4–6 years of experience in sales—ideally from industries with a similar go‑to‑market approach—and demonstrate a modern sales mindset with a clear sell‑out orientation to support distributors through training, field support, promotions, and sales initiatives.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential to build trusted partnerships and become a key point of reference for customers across the area
