We work every day driven by a deep passion to offer to our tenants the most exclusive luxury environment and services to best valorize their off-price sales.brstrongJob Descriptionbr/strongstrongemYour opportunitybr/em /strongstrongThe Mall Luxury Outlets is currently seeking a Welcome Services Coordinator, /strongstrongbased at The Mall Firenze (FI), Italy and reporting to the Customer Experience Manger.br/strongstrongemHow you will contributebr/em /strongulliSupervise daily operations and provide feedback to every member of the team, in order to deliver an excellent customer service /liliManage planning, shifts and holidays of the Welcome Lounge team /liliEnsure every member of the team maintains adequate standards of grooming and acts accordingly to company policies, contributing to the creation of a positive work environment /liliManage staff uniforms and IT equipment /liliManage talent performance and conduct one-to-one meetings according to HR guidelines /liliContribute to the enhancement of the services already available and promote the development of new ones in order to enrich the customer experience /liliAct as the touch-point for clients visiting The Mall Luxury Outlets, welcoming them and acting as personal shopper on request /liliTrack individual travelers and groups, using The Mall Luxury Outlets digital tools /liliEnsure that the client requests received via email and phone are promptly followed up, liaising with Tourism Marketing Team /liliLiaise with The Mall Luxury Outlets partners to ensure the best services standard are met /liliMonitor In Mall image and its consistency with The Mall Luxury Outlets guidelines, updating the Marketing team on a periodical basis /liliPromote and sell The Mall Luxury Outlets Collection, contributing to the storytelling of merchandising and tracking sales and clients’ feedbacks /liliContribute to the development of The Mall Luxury Outlets loyalty program, engaging clients in subscription and points accumulation, and managing rewards redemptionbr/li /ulstrongemWho you arebr/em /strongulliPassionate about luxury hospitality /liliAn organized, yet flexible multi-tasking person /liliA team leader with at least 4 years of guest services experience, preferably in a luxury environment, capable of managing a big team /liliA professional with proven relational skills /liliA fluent English and Italian speaker - any additional language will be considered a plus /liliA team player willing to be part of a larger group with common goals /li /ululliA proactive person, with a positive approach /liliProficient user of MS Office Suitebr/li /ulstrongemWhy work with us?br/em /strongThis is an excellent opportunity to join The Mall Luxury Outlets adventure in a moment of extraordinary growth, giving a significant personal contribution and becoming part of a thriving team in a luxury fashion environment that offers endless possibilities to learn and grow.
