Whether on Earth or in the vastness of space, we provide the engineering excellence that ensures your optical systems perform at their peak. /ppAs a Product Assurance Engineer you will work closely with the project team to ensure that quality, reliability, and compliance requirements are implemented and maintained throughout the entire product life cycle. /ppbr/ppstrongWHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO /strong /ppbr/pulliAnalyze and implement strongProduct Assurance requirements /strong throughout the product life cycle, ensuring proper flow-down to subcontractors and suppliers. /liliDraft and update the strongProduct Assurance Plan (PAP) /strong for the project. /liliDefine, implement, and verify strongCleanliness Contamination Control /strong requirements, particularly for sensitive hardware, by identifying appropriate preventive actions. /liliEnsure compliance with strongProduct Assurance standards /strong during the various project phases (SRR, PDR, CDR, etc.) using the relevant strongPA Gate Checklists /strong. /liliCollaborate with the project team to define strongQualification Test Plans /strong and strongTest Procedures /strong, ensuring adequate coverage of design and operational risks and supporting qualification activities. /liliEnsure that strongFMECA analysis /strong and strongAffidability/RAMS /strong are properly managed and maintained according to standard requirements, including the definition of strongCritical Items List (CIL) /strong. /liliVerify and ensure the application of PA requirements in all activities related to strongproduction, assembly, and testing /strong, including quality audits and technical documentation control. /liliPrepare, monitor, and maintain updated strongKPI and Quality MIP /strong. /liliManage strongNon-Conformities (NC) /strong by coordinating the strongNon-Conformance Review Board (NRB) /strong and providing all necessary information. /liliEnsure proper strongConfiguration Management /strong throughout the project phases, including drafting the strongConfiguration Management Plan (CMP) /strong. /liliConduct strongproduct audits and inspections /strong, preparing checklists in collaboration with the Quality Department. /liliMaintain effective communication with clients (space agencies and/or private industries), reporting product status and any critical issues. /liliPromote a culture focused on strongQuality, Reliability, and Prevention /strong within the project team. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongYOU'LL BRING THESE QUALIFICATIONS /strong /ppbr/pulliMaster’s or Bachelor’s degree in technical-scientific disciplines (preferably Engineering). /lili3–5 years of experience in similar roles or in high-tech environments (preferably related to Product Quality). /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a continuous improvement mindset. /liliKnowledge of strongUNI EN 9100:2018 /strong standard and aerospace, space, and defense industry standards. /liliAbility to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams and with international stakeholders. /liliAttention to detail, operational discipline, and a structured approach. /liliExcellent knowledge of the English language. /liliAbility to correctly interpret technical drawings and product specifications. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongTHESE QUALIFICATIONS WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE /strong /ppbr/pulliExperience as PA on systems with electronic components. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongADDITIONAL INFORMATION /strong /pulliLocation: Sarcedo, Vicenza (Italy) /liliWorking time: full time, hybrid as per the internal policy /liliBenefit: company Gym /li /ul
