We’re looking for the next generation of high-performing, post-graduate individuals to advance our company. The Grow@Hilti Program is a development initiative offering real responsibility from day one.
What does the role involve?
The Grow@Hilti program – Engineering track is unique. Over two and a half years, we prepare you for a managerial career by immersing you in our customer-focused business model. It’s fast-paced and challenging, but with coaching and mentorship, alongside diverse tasks and impactful activities. The program consists of three main stages:
* 18 months: as Account Manager or HS Representative, gaining hands-on experience and insights into our core business—customers, products, services, and software.
* 9 months: as a Field Engineer, working with customers, sales teams, contractors, and designers to educate on the proper use and advantages of Hilti products, and securing their specifications in designs.
* 3 months: on a regional strategic project within Engineering Marketing, Engineering Competence Center, or PMO, providing an international perspective.
What you need is:
We’d love to hear from you if:
* You hold a master’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Building).
* You are fluent in English and Italian.
* You have up to 2 years of professional experience.
* You are a flexible team player with good communication and social skills, capable of inspiring others.
* You are mobile and willing to relocate.
* You have a driving license.
