**As part of the Customer Development department, the role involves the responsibility of a number of POS representatives of Hyper and Super universe.
**
**Based on 5Ps assessment, He/She will be in charge of challenges / opportunities on each POS assigned to increase sell out and SOM.
**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Reduce Out of stock level Guarantee Assortment compliance in POS Fast distribution of innovation and new products**
- ** Work in partnership with store managers in order to increase CP Share of Shelf, Share of Market and Placement**
- ** POP Material Implementation at shelf/out of shelf**
- ** Negotiation and implementation of promotional area and Shopper events**
- ** Alert on competitor activities**
**Education/ Experience and Key Requirements**:
- ** Bachelor or Master Degree (Business Administration, Economics or equivalent)**
- ** Short prior experience (i.e. stage) preferred**
- ** Fluent in Italian and English (oral and written)**
- ** Driving License**
**Location: Italy, City Brescia, Bergamo**
**Contract:Temporary max 12 months**
