Commercial Planning Analyst
Support the commercial insights and planning processes by producing market analysis, performance monitoring and clear reporting to enable Sales & Commercial decision-making. Contribute to high-quality analytics and cross-functional initiatives under the guidance of the Commercial Insights Manager.
Support the identification of market trends, competitive dynamics and performance gaps vs. market practice, translating findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Ensure stakeholders’ access to reliable and user-friendly performance monitoring, distribution and trade KPIs; support data quality checks and recurring reporting routines.
• Contribute to segmentation activities (Trade/Retail/Vending machines) and help translate outputs into coverage and targeting proposals, in alignment with team priorities.
• Support commercial planning activities and the development of action plans with a data-driven approach; monitor progress and help prepare materials for internal reviews.
• Support the design of Field Force incentive plans and KPI setting/monitoring; Collaborate with Marketing, Digital and Trade marketing teams, supporting strategic commercial cross-functional initiatives and ensuring alignment on priorities and insights.
• Participate in regular field visits to collect feedback and integrate real-world insights into reporting and planning.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects that enhance commercial capabilities (e.g., Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI
• 1-3 years of experience in commercial planning, sales analytics or related roles (internships included), preferably in a multinational context.
• Fluent in English and local language
