Tasks We are looking for a Maximo Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise to engage with both Business and IT stakeholders, lead requirement gathering and validation workshops, facilitate functional/technical design sessions, and provide overall solution leadership. The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years of experience in Maximo techno-functional services, with proven experience in MAS implementations, and holds an IBM Maximo certification. Key Responsibilities Act as Techno-Functional Solution Lead for the assigned module(s). Conduct meetings with business stakeholders and client IT teams to validate and document requirements. Define To-Be business processes aligned with the existing design and requirements strategy. Perform Fit-Gap Analysis. Create, update, and review Functional and Technical Design Documents for RICEW components. Design and develop the required technical solution components. Understand business requirements and take ownership of the overall solution design. Requirements Expert-level knowledge of IBM Maximo suite of applications. Previous experience in MAS implementation. Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications. Strong understanding and documentation skills for process workflows. Knowledge of current and future application landscape. Strong analytical skills (SQL data mining, process analysis, change impact analysis). Excellent communication skills to interact with multiple stakeholders. Ability to facilitate solution workshops and discussions. Proficiency with Maximo framework, MIF, automation scripts, configuration, integrations, workflows, escalations, cron tasks. Knowledge of Java, Jython, Python, XML. Fluent in Italian and English. Nice-to-Have Experience in Oilfield Services industry or related domains. Strong presentation and communication skills to effectively articulate solutions to business and IT teams. Consulting experience in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) transformation roadmaps. Proactive mindset towards learning and adopting new technologies and methodologies in the EAM space.
